Handy Photo App Reviews

Crashes comstantly causing you to lose all of your work because there is no auto save. Unfortunately, this renders the app unusable for anything beyond minor touch ups. (iOS 9)

I was unable to send to the customer support and I cant use the program. I have an iPad Air2. All my photos are in iPhoto on the cloud not my camera roll so unable to access them. Also, I tried practicing with a photo and when I tried to swipe an area the picture kept moving so far, unable to do anything. If anyone has had success would appreciate your advice.

Im blown away by the apps feature set. Ive use ReTouch for years, which is also by this app developer and its an amazingly app too that lets you remove large distracting acting objects from photos. There is a very large learning curve for this app. For those wanting to master it Id suggest the Retouch app as a training platform. There are video tutorials in ReTouch at the opening screen. I think Im learning to use Handy more readily because Ive use ReTouch for so long and the underlying framework is the same. I wrote another review for ReTouch giving some tips to reviewers Qs there. I have no connection to the developer but I do publish my own tips website...with an emphasis on ios things. Its what I love doing and I think the app developer may not speak English which may make emailing him fruitless. I edit a lot of photos, primarily for illustrations for my website...so I use a lot of onto editing apps...so does my husband whos a semi-professional photographer. This is probably one of the most powerful apps Ive ever encountered...which is why theres a steep learning curve. Im still learning Handy myself...theres so much power here and so many features it will probably be a long time before I master everything. But everything Ive tried out so far works exactly as intended...when things go wrong for me its always user error.

I am so happy I purchased this app. You guys really understand and solved the difficulties of people like me who doesnt know how to use photoshop well but love to take pictures. This app is such an easy solution for editing sunset lights, I can easily make a mask on the picture and make the dark grass brighter. And then make the sun less bright, but more golden! I love the color and tones! Super handy! "Photo retouching" saved me many times as well. I dont use "Move me", but it is fun to play it sometimes. Your filter is not as good as meitu. However, your magic crop really cant beat! You guys have not updated your app, since the end of 2015. I hope you guys keep working on the product. And I want to thank the team 1000000 times for your innovative ideas. It app helped me enhance many of my loved photos. Thank you!!
